Amy Crowell owns and operates Edible Yards. Amy has over fifteen years of gardening and organic farming experience and has taught food gardening classes in Austin since 1999. Amy currently teaches workshops for Green Corn Project and worked as the program and workshop coordinator for Sustainable Food Center and TreeFolks. Amy also writes about wild foods for Edible Austin. Amy’s edible garden designs includes everything from patio vegetable gardens to entire farms. She holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College where she studied sustainable agriculture and helped start the Dartmouth Organic Farm. Amy is a Master Gardener and is certified in biointensive gardening and permaculture design.
Amy works with many other professional gardeners in Austin to make sure that her clients receive high-quality services that match their needs and budgets.
